I’ve spent over 20 years in startups as a member of the founding team or as a founder myself, and I can help you navigate whatever comes your way with humor, love, and tools that work.

  • Team coaching and training to grow the management skill and communication of your team

  • Practical support through regular workshop-style sessions to handle day-to-day questions like “how do I give someone critical feedback?” or “what does this foundation mean by these requirements?” or “I’m exhausted - how do I find the support I need?”

  • Reflection and accountability for your own growth, or your team’s goals. We’ll set goals and a direction, and then check in at a cadence that works for you to monitor progress and reflect on learning
